Choose what matters

Find an induction cooktop for your pan and cooking plan.

Choose how many cooking zones need to work together, then decide whether you need an internal-food probe, separate cookware-temperature mode, or a dedicated Keep Warm control. Set an exact pan-base, finish or output limit only if it is essential.

Before shopping, check the magnetic base, counter space and electrical instructions for the exact model. A cookware-temperature display is not a food thermometer.

Choose the basic capability that must be present; leave a choice at its no-requirement setting if it is flexible.

Most portable induction cooktops accept conventional induction-ready flat-bottom pans. Nuwave Mosaic 30803 and Induction Hot Wok 80070CT are different: each uses a purpose-built matched wok, and the exact manual for 80070CT recommends only its supplied wok on that base.

A plug-in built-in model is not automatically suitable for a hardwired 208/240 V opening; compare the exact cutout and electrical instructions.

This is a model-specific fit check, not adapter advice. NEMA 1-15P and NEMA 5-15P are different plug arrangements even when both are listed for 120 V. A 240 V NEMA 6-15P plug is not a standard kitchen outlet. Confirm your receptacle, circuit and exact rating plate; do not infer a different arrangement from a shared voltage.

An infrared plate heats the glass and can work with suitable nonmagnetic cookware, but it remains hot after switch-off. An induction zone requires a compatible magnetic base.

A temperature setting is not automatically a food probe or a calibrated pan-temperature reading; check the exact manual.

A probe's food-internal reading is distinct from cooktop set temperature or pan-surface temperature.

This is a short preset, not an indefinite hold; check the documented temperature and timer.

Pause is different from the auto-off timer. Check the exact manual for timeout and resume behavior before a long interruption.

Earlier products are included only when you opt in. That does not confirm current stock, condition or warranty.
